This is a wonderful hidden gem and I adore coming here. Plenty of space for the kids to run around, wonderful coffee, and sweet, attentive staff. I think the reviews are a bit unfair, so focus on the good ones!! They're a wonderful little cafe. Hospitality is tough for anyone and yet they make a beautiful coffee and the atmosphere at The Secret Cafe is lovely. I love it here.

I usually only leave negative reviews when I find locations that simply don’t do what they’re supposed to be doing, but I had to make an exception for these guys, they deserve all the praise. Every time I come here, the food, no matter what I get, is delicious, looks really appetising and comes out shockingly fast. The seating areas are also fantastic; plenty of spots in shade or sun, nice and spaced out, in a natural yet comfortable environment. Probably the only downside is noisy kids, but hey, kids gotta have their fun too. I’d go as far as to say it’s the best restaurant experience on the Central Coast, definitely a must visit.

Love the secret cafe! It is such a great spot. On a sunny day it’s lovely to sit out in the garden area. There is a playground for kids and a huge area for them to run around down the back. Nice relaxed atmosphere and decent sized meals at a reasonable price.

Wow this is a little gem! Thanks to google reviews I decided to go here after looking for a quick bite to eat after footy. They had a great brekky menu and are priced well especially on their great Bacon 🥓 and Egg 🍳 roll $10. The big breakfast was a bit more pricey but was really good!! Some reviews mentioned the coffee not being the best. Yes if you only need coffee, maybe this is not your spot, but if you need a feed, then definitely go here!! Was raining on the day but they have a smaller inside seating area and a big backyard under cover with a nice atmosphere and heaters in the winter. Toilets and kids play area also outside. Staff were really good and friendly! Service excellent!

Fast service and food was served hot. The coffee is good. I had a grilled chicken, bacon, tomato, avocado and Mayo Turkish which was very tasty with crunchy sweet potato chips. My husband ordered a schnitzel...the schnitzel was tiny and very thin. The salad was larger than the schnitzel when it should not have been. He said the gravy was okay. Limited indoor seating but cute and rustic atmosphere.

What a wonderful find. Thanks to Google map search, this cafe suggestion came up and we decided to drive over and try it. To our surprise, it’s got a great vibe, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Nice atmosphere. Just so amazing. Food is so good and their coffee is superb also. Can’t find any fault with it. So happy with this rare find!

This morning my family and some friends visited The Secret Cafe on the recommendation of my daughter who lives nearby. Upon arrival we were greeted by one of the very best front-of-house people I have ever come across. Lachy, you are amazing. For someone your age you have an amazing grasp of customer relations. The coffees were amazing, the food spectacular and the service was on point. We also loved the atmosphere. Seriously, if you are looking for a new place to enjoy a wonderful meal, good times and great service on the upper central coast … look no further. I’ll certainly be singing your praise to my friendship circle.

The food and drinks were spot on, no complaints from me or my daughter. I had the schnitzel burger and added bacon, my daughter had Belgium waffles and we had a tropical frappe 😋

We've visited the Secret Cafe multiple times. It's become a go to for a celebratory brunch over the years. The most recent visit had us all choosing the Big Secret. We enjoyed a massive plate loaded with very tasty bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato, sausages, hash browns & toast. I couldn't eat all mine but I really liked every bit I could eat. Coffees & Dirty Chai Latte's were hot & had just the right kick of caffeine! Previously the Smoked Salmon Bagel was delicious, the pancakes were massive, fluffy and topped with all sorts of tasty toppings, waffles are a fantastic sweet treat. There's heaps of variety on the menu and I'm keen to try a few more things, including the juices!
